about the project
This project is an ongoing architectural design development for a residential apartment building located in Al Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The work focuses on full land plot planning and early-stage architectural concept development, including layout studies, building massing, and façade/skin design. Currently in the schematic design phase, the project aims to establish a strong architectural identity while meeting functional and contextual requirements. The workflow integrates Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Nano Banana to support both technical planning and design exploration.

my contribution
I am leading the project’s architectural design process, responsible for the full development of the land plot planning, floor plans, conceptual design direction, and façade studies. I have carried out the majority of the work independently, with assistance from two junior architects, Habiba Rasmy and Kaakaji, whom I supervise and guide throughout the design process to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with the project vision.
