El Ghad (The Tomorrow) is a large-scale mixed-use high-rise development proposed on the Mokattam Plateau - Egypt, combining multiple urban functions into a single integrated destination. The project includes commercial zones, hotel apartments, office towers, a strip mall, and a sports complex, designed to activate the site both socially and economically. Developed fully from scratch, the concept responds directly to the plateau’s challenging topography, requiring careful integration of architecture with the natural contours of the landscape. The project’s workflow combined architectural design, 3D modeling, real-time visualization, and cinematic presentation using Blender, SketchUp, Rhino, Unreal Engine, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
I contributed to several core stages of the project, including early concept sketch development and extensive terrain modeling to resolve complex contour and elevation conditions across the site. I played a key role in designing and implementing circulation solutions such as ramps and pedestrian bridges to ensure smooth connectivity throughout the development. I also worked on real-time rendering and visualization inside Unreal Engine, producing high-quality architectural shots. Additionally, I handled the complete video post-production process, editing and assembling the final presentation using After Effects and DaVinci Resolve, helping deliver a polished cinematic narrative for the project.
