IMC Administrative Building No. 1 is part of the International Medical Center (IMC) complex in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project is an administrative facility directly connected to the hospital campus and includes a multi-story parking structure and office spaces. The building consists of four parking levels serving the hospital and surrounding facilities, with three upper floors dedicated to administrative offices.
The project scope included a complete architectural package with architectural design development, structural coordination, mechanical integration, and interior design documentation. The workflow combined BIM development and visualization tools including Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Blender, and Unreal Engine to support both technical documentation and presentation.
I primarily worked on the architectural design development, focusing on exterior façade/skin proposals and the interior design and visualizations of the administrative spaces. I also contributed to the parking circulation studies, including ramp modeling and vehicle movement visualization, ensuring functional efficiency for the multi-level garage system. My role involved developing design concepts, producing architectural visualizations, and supporting the coordination of design solutions within the overall project framework.
