This project involved the architectural design and visualization of a premium car showroom for Mansour Auto located in Hacienda Bay, Egypt’s North Coast. The showroom was developed as a full-scope commercial project, starting from early concept design and progressing through to IFC (Issued for Construction) documentation. A key aspect of the project was aligning the architectural identity with the strict corporate design standards of Stellantis and Peugeot, ensuring the showroom met international brand requirements in both façade treatment and interior experience. The design and production workflow was carried out using Revit, SketchUp, and Unreal Engine for real-time visualization and presentation.
I contributed across multiple phases of the project. I began working alongside Merna Bahgat during the conceptual design stage, after which she continued the schematic documentation development. I later rejoined the project to lead the interior design and façade development, ensuring full compliance with Stellantis and Peugeot branding guidelines and architectural standards. I was also responsible for producing the project’s high-quality renders and a presentation video, supported by a professional voice-over by Rama. Following this, Merna completed the final IFC documentation based on the developed design direction.
